On the flight back to China, Chi Xianyun fell in love at first sight with the girl sitting next to him. After just a few minutes of conversation, she guessed that he had a twin brother.

To find something to talk about, Chi Xianyun showed her a childhood photo of the two of them. To his surprise, she could tell them apart perfectly, and even said that his brother seemed like an interesting person.

Chi Xianyun's alarm bells rang. He immediately sold out his brother: "My brother has a girlfriend. He really loves her."

What he left out was that Chi Tingwan's so-called "girlfriend" was a contractual girlfriend to appease his family. The two had no feelings for each other, at least not on her part.

All the family knew was that her name was Li Xunshi.

The girl nodded thoughtfully.

They had a lovely conversation, but by the time they got off the plane, Chi Xianyun still hadn't gotten her contact details, or even asked her name.

The girl smiled sweetly. "We'll definitely meet again, Chi Xianyun."

Five hours later, Chi Xianyun really did see her again.

At the Chi family's dinner party.

She stood beside Chi Tingwan. Her eyes were still bright when she saw him, and she greeted him with great affection.

Chi Xianyun's beautiful, peach-blossom eyes instantly reddened.

From anger.

Chi Xianyun spent only two days feeling dejected before he started shamelessly pursuing Li Xunshi.

His brother was old-fashioned and boring anyway. A lovely girl like Li Xunshi would obviously be happier with him.

She told Chi Tingwan, "My ideal type is someone like Chi Xianyun."

She told Chi Xianyun, "My relationship with your brother is very stable."

She had an astonishing knack for recognizing people. Even when Chi Tingwan copied his younger brother's tone and whispered "baby" in her ear, or when Chi Xianyun put on glasses and solemnly invited her to take a walk in the park...

Li Xunshi could still tell them apart. At the end of each date, she'd tell Chi Xianyun or Chi Tingwan, "Today was lovely, but I'm even more excited to go out with Chi Tingwan or Chi Xianyun."

So when they were caught after their switch-up backfired, they covered her eyes.

The warm breaths of the twins brushed past her ears, one on either side. "...Xunshi."
