[Genshin Impact] A Guide to Avoiding Romance Scams with the Hydro Dragon King

Chance encounters come with risks. Be careful when falling in love.

Eliothela is an eccentric, wandering medium and priestess. Beautiful and alluring, she is impossible to track down.

No one knows she has a twin brother who's a complete bastard. No one knows she's planning to cut ties with her beloved brother, in every sense of the phrase.

Of course, needing certain materials for a ritual, Eliothela, dressed in golden gauze, walked into Fontaine, hoping to run into some important person or nobleman.

Then she saw Neuvillette, the Chief Justice, watching the rain beneath the covered walkway.

She couldn't have found a better source of materials.

The Chief Justice, who understands nothing of human nature, meets a wandering priestess. Her speech, mannerisms, and personality win the dragon's admiration, and before long, he begins to see her regularly.

The Hydro Dragon is so immersed in love that it isn't until the Fatui's Fourth Harbinger appears that he realizes the priestess he cherishes may not be a good person at all.

Even so, she continues to smile alluringly.

"My lord, don't mind what outsiders say. You should look at me and lose yourself in love with me."

"We were born as one person, but I grew tired of being one person, so I will use a secret ritual to sever this bond with my own hands."

"With my incomplete body, my rotting soul, my deceitful love, and one pure you, together with the sacred one."

"This is a wicked liar's way of forgiving herself and making her choice."

Note:

1. Pairing: Neuvillette. A beautiful, wicked priestess with unfathomable schemes x a powerful, beautiful dragon who understands nothing of human nature. The story barely intersects with the main plot. OOC warning. The timeline is after the Sumeru main story and before the Fontaine main story. Neuvillette's savage and inhuman side will be depicted.

2. The twin brother is Dottore. If that's a dealbreaker, feel free to leave. The heroine is slightly less powerful than Dottore.

3. The heroine is not a good person. She's a love scammer who is capable of genuine affection, and a wicked person by nature, just like the Doctor. She simply can't be bothered to hurt others, but that doesn't mean she's a good person.

4. Anything that differs from canon is just my personal headcanon.
