Why Don't You Love Me?

Sang Jingzhou is a low-quality omega who smells like chocolate milk.

He's gloomy and plain-looking, and gives people the impression of a mushroom growing in a dark, damp place:

Usually he barely registers, but when people finally notice him, they find him... uncomfortable.

And yet Sang Jingzhou has someone he really likes.

That person is a dazzling alpha.

Like the sun in the sky.

From the moment Sang Jingzhou laid eyes on his sun, he couldn't look away. Lost in an unrequited crush, Sang Jingzhou was like an annoying fly that just wouldn't go away, no matter how often it was swatted.

Every morning, rain or shine, Sang Jingzhou would bring the alpha a carton of chocolate milk. He would pretend to appear by chance wherever the alpha might be. Greedily coveting the light of his "sun," he felt his heart pound every time he watched the alpha.

"Today... we held hands."

"Today, we hugged. He said he likes me."

"He kissed me."

Every accidental glance exchanged with the alpha sent Sang Jingzhou deeper into his fantasies. He wrote one sweet love story after another on social media.

Then one day, it seemed Heaven had heard Sang Jingzhou's delusions, and an app appeared on his phone.

"Still troubled by not being loved? Do you wish your secret crush would come true?"

"Just press this button, and everything you imagine will become reality~"

An idle god played a vicious joke on a despicable mortal.

* Obsessive, gloomy secret-crush vibes, disturbing content, melodrama. Read with caution.
