After the Doomsday Saint Fell from Grace

I Woke Up to Find That Everyone's Powers Had Increased a Hundredfold, Except Mine

The former savior becomes prey.

In the first year of the apocalypse, Bai Xu was humanity's last hope.

Before the disaster struck, he was already a genius. After it came, he was among the first to awaken dual abilities: physical enhancement and healing. He also seemed to embody the best of humanity: kind and righteous. He saved countless people displaced by the disaster and built one of the earliest survival bases with his younger sister and followers.

Then he accidentally fell into a rift in time and space. When he opened his eyes again, the world had changed.

The strength that once let him tear apart zombies with his bare hands could no longer even kick open the door of a modern base.

The once-scarce healing ability was now so common that it had replaced medicine everywhere.

Ten years after his return, the followers, the people he'd wronged, even his former allies, all looked at him differently.

His grown sister handed him a note with trembling hands:

They raised me just to wait for you to come back. You're the one they want most.]

Only then did Bai Xu realize:

Though his abilities were now outdated, they were still a one-of-a-kind "original version," untouched by mutation or dilution. He could purify mutants on the verge of going berserk.

And in this apocalypse of frenzied evolution, a walking "healer" meant...

"Whoever catches Bai Xu will control the entire new world."

And so the once lofty savior became prey, hunted by every faction.

Some possible interpretations:

1. A heartthrob bottom, kind of like a faked-death trope. He disappears for ten years, leaving all the loyal-dog admirers who secretly love him to go crazy, but the story opens with his triumphant return;

2. A straight bottom, the proud, fiery type who would beat the hell out of someone for getting slobber on him, with a bit of a knightly streak (when it comes to women and children);

3. He's covered in one-sided crushes, with a series of one-on-one pairings. According to the author's tastes, the bottom will be obsessively doted on by everyone until they get sick of it. No beautiful male leads getting ambiguous with one another, and the tops are all hopeless virgins.
