The fake villain: Constantly opposes the protagonist and tries to drive a wedge between people, only to be defeated instead.
The real villain: Frail and sickly, needs the protagonist to cooperate in order to do anything bad, keeps fainting and making the protagonist pay for it, and ultimately succeeds in driving a wedge between the protagonists.
Full blurb:
System 179 passed its assessment and became an independent tasker. Now it could ditch its Host and complete tasks on its own.
It had always wanted to know what it felt like to be human, so the moment its certificate came through, it picked an incredibly healthy body for its mission.
As for the task itself, 179 didn't care at all.
One second before 179 was sent into the mission world, it was hit by a strand of malware, damaging its emotional simulation module.
The malware wasn't especially harmful, but 179, already confined to a human shell, couldn't deal with it.
That would have been bad enough, but...
With its core data compromised, it would look sickly no matter how healthy its body was.

A poor student from the lower districts had enrolled at Dawn Academy. He always wore his long silver hair in a loose tie and went about his own business.
Beautiful and sharp.
But perhaps it was the inferior nature in their genes at work. When people encounter something beautiful, they always feel the urge to destroy it.
The first to make a move were a few of the school's Celestial Dragons.
Celestial Dragon No. 1 had a rough, unruly air about him. He blocked Yi Qijiu's path with his entourage and made an unreasonable demand, arrogant and vicious.
Yi Qijiu's features were delicate and cool. He glanced at the other man, ready to deliver a villainous line, when he inexplicably lost control of his body.
The Celestial Dragon caught him and frantically called an ambulance.
Celestial Dragon No. 2 was a refined and courteous man, polite to everyone he spoke to, but in private he was a controlling man with little sense of morality.
He wanted to corrupt Yi Qijiu, as if that could drag him down from his pedestal and make him sink into depravity alongside him.
He took him to the underground city and was about to show Yi Qijiu something when he noticed his eyes had gone unfocused.
In the end, the Celestial Dragon carried him out and sprinted nearly a mile to find an ambulance.
Celestial Dragon No. 3 was supposedly a playboy who never let himself get caught up in romance. He planned to seduce Yi Qijiu, then cruelly dump him.
It would be beautiful to see that pretty face twisted in despair and heartbreak.
He took Yi Qijiu to a bar and was just about to get him drunk when he saw him clutch his chest, looking as if he were about to have a heart attack.
Then the Celestial Dragon slammed the emergency call button that had never been used before.
The protagonist, also from the lower districts, played all three Celestial Dragons like a fiddle in the story. In the end, he could even pick one of them as a stepping-stone to the upper classes. He was quite calculating.
Yi Qijiu instinctively wanted nothing to do with him, but the protagonist always managed to appear in some random corner and say all sorts of strange things to him.
When he could no longer refuse, Yi Qijiu gave up trying.
One day, the protagonist brought him a pot of soup to share and used the excuse of washing off the cooking fumes to enter his bathroom.
Yi Qijiu waited a long time, but the protagonist didn't come out, so he opened the door to check. The other man was lying on his bed with his clothes half undone.
Figuring the protagonist must be tired, Yi Qijiu thoughtfully closed the door, let him have the bed, and went to stay somewhere else for the night.

The villain's task: Drive a wedge between the protagonists and cause trouble for them.
Yi Qijiu had thought the task would be easy, but his plans kept getting derailed, and he hadn't accomplished a thing.
Yet when the task results came in, Yi Qijiu was surprised to find that the four protagonists inexplicably hated one another, as if they had a deep, unforgivable grudge between them.
Yi Qijiu: OVO
Looks like I won't need to take another certification exam.
1. The protagonist is a real human-like machine. He has an emotional module, but it's broken.
2. Later on, the protagonist will try to experience human emotions, but the ending is that he returns to the Administration and goes on to his next task. (He's a system, after all. OvO)
3. Since the body he chose is very healthy, the protagonist won't suffer when he falls ill. It's more like a bad connection, or even a disconnection, between him and the body. Once the signal is good, he can just reconnect.
Theme: Never give up hope, even in adversity.
