A Bystander, but I Kidnap the Villain

Lin Qing transmigrated into a polluted world.

System: Your mission is to stop the great villain from destroying the world. As it happens, a cannon fodder has just drunk pesticide. You can take his identity and slip into this world without anyone noticing.

Lin Qing: Okay.

Lin Qing waited for the cannon fodder to breathe his last. After waiting all night, the cannon fodder opened his eyes.

Lin Qing: !

Why isn't he dead?!

-

Pei Zhi couldn't go on living.

His mother had died young, his father beat him, and he was broken. He decided to destroy the world as soon as morning came.

When he woke up, he found himself tied to the bed.

Before him, a handsome man panicked and transformed into his likeness, saying, "You?! I! ... From today on... uh, I'll take your place."

He fell silent for a moment, then lay back down.

-

Lin Qing was having a very fulfilling time in another world.

While taking care of the cannon fodder he had imprisoned, he was also cleaning up the polluted world.

Thanks to Lin Qing's feeding, the cannon fodder had put on a little weight, and the world was gradually returning to normal.

The only thing that puzzled him was why the villainous boss bent on destroying the world still hadn't shown up.

Until

Lin Qing decided to set the cannon fodder free.

The cannon fodder's eyes turned bloodshot. He broke the shackles around his ankle with ease and clamped Lin Qing's chin tightly in his hand.

"You're letting me go? Then this world has no reason to exist, either."

Lin Qing: ?!!!

The cannon fodder I've been keeping prisoner is actually the great villain who wants to destroy the world!

No wonder I couldn't find him anywhere. :)

After Lin Qing took over Pei Zhi's identity, the monsters' inner thoughts went through a few changes:

The boss has joined the forces of justice?!!! → The boss must be going undercover!!! → Hm? Why is the boss shooting us???

→ We don't know why the boss is shooting us, but he must have his reasons.

:(
