The Fatality Rate of Falling in Love Is 100%

[Free to read, no paid chapters] [Updates when I have good ideas or feel inspired] You're a heartless player in the game of love. One day, you're pulled into a romance-themed infinite world, and you treat it like a dating game. You enter with complete confidence, only to discover that the game has gorgeous character designs and tons of characters. But none of them are normal. Some aren't even human. Your boyfriend with eight tentacles asks, "Darling, which of my tentacles is the prettiest?" The seven tentacles you don't choose instantly impale your body. Your boyfriend, covered in livor mortis, asks, "If I die, only my baby's ex can bring me back to life, but the price is that my baby gets eaten by their ex. What would my baby do?" He sniffs your scent, imagining how it would feel to take you apart and swallow you. Your boyfriend, fretting over what to wear for your date, asks, "Honey, which of my human skins do you think I should wear today?" He eagerly awaits your answer. You know he's really testing you: what day is it today? You perform as consistently as ever, drawing the attention of the Lord God. "You keep leaving broken hearts everywhere. Should I praise you for being both passionate and heartless? Don't think you can conquer every ocean. Be careful you don't get burned playing with fire." You ask, "Want to add me on WeChat?" The Lord God: "...Sure." Infinite worlds: no. Romance mini-games: yes. The story is written in third person. A flirtatious, manipulative player in love x a thoroughly heartbroken lover who refuses to let go and loves more the more he hates [Notes] 1. I had originally planned to write Kill the Script, but I never got any ideas for it, so I've changed the project. If that bothers you, please remove it from your collection. If inspiration strikes later, I may start it again~ 2. I'm writing this to satisfy my urge to express myself, so I'll let loose. Bizarre content warning. 3. It won't be very long. 4. I still have two other stories to finish, so updates will be whenever I can (drops to knees, otz). Theme: Never betray a sincere heart
