Phoenix Holmes has two secrets.
First, he actually transmigrated here from nineteenth-century London.
Second, his other dad's surname is Moriarty.

After transmigrating, this antique from centuries ago has to struggle to survive in Gotham.

In his most miserable year, Phoenix even considered writing Holmes and Moriarty fanfiction to earn some money.
But that path had already been blocked off by Watson's descendants. Staring at a bookshelf full of Holmes merchandise, Phoenix fell silent...

After finally finding a job with a decent hourly wage, a new problem arose:
Oh no, he's too handsome and someone's got their eye on him.
What goes around comes around. Just as Phoenix is about to be sold, he activates his skill...
He has no skills. He can only shout in his heart, "Dad, help!"

At 71, Sherlock Holmes quietly closed his eyes at 221B Baker Street, bringing his turbulent, eventful, and extraordinary life to an end.
Then a cry of "Dad, help!" woke him up. When he opened his eyes again, he found himself lying in the street...
as a homeless man.
Unlucky old Holmes now begins his journey to find his deadbeat son in twenty-first-century Gotham.
Oh, and to find his wife again, too.

One day, Phoenix runs into a Wayne on the street and can't help but burst into tears:
Finally! Finally, a child of an old acquaintance who isn't down on his luck! Old Wayne, may you rest in peace, knowing this!
Bruce, looking at him as if he were a child: ...
Actually, he's here to claim his own kid...
This story is also known as "Yes, We Have a Child," "The Great Detective Showdown: The Ancient Progenitors Return," "The Holmeses Who Almost Ended Up Homeless," and "My Old Acquaintance's Descendant Is Actually My Dad."
A comedy-drama. The protagonist tries every day to maintain the dignity of an English gentleman, but life won't give him the chance, haha.
TIPS:
1. The Holmes in this story is the Holmes from Moriarty the Patriot, and the pairing is Moriarty the Patriot Holmes/Moriarty. You don't need to have read the manga. I'll add plenty of my own details and make the story clear.
