I'm Still Trying to Go Bankrupt Today [Entertainment Industry]

“So you mean I won't die unless I spend all the money in my account?”

Jian Ning frowned. He had tried several methods and found that the System was right.

But then he thought, making money was hard, but surely spending it couldn't be?

[Host, you must use reasonable and legal methods. Deliberately manipulating the stock market is prohibited, and getting involved in the watch industry is prohibited.]

With the System blocking off those options, Jian Ning fell into thought.

But he soon came up with a solution:

The entertainment industry.

Aside from the forbidden paths, the entertainment industry was also a great place to spend money.

Money went up in smoke, and investment returns depended on metaphysics.

All he had to do was sign more washed-up, untalented performers, invest in expensive movies and shows that nobody would watch, and throw money at obscure IPs to adapt...

His company could train performers, too. Every single one of them would go to class! Give them top teachers and every perk imaginable!

In short, he would spend money however he could.

At this rate, it would be hard not to lose money.

And he could achieve his goal.

But nobody had told him things could work in reverse, too!

Could washed-up, untalented performers make a comeback and reach new career highs?

Could expensive productions be praised as “meticulous, the industry's last bastion of integrity”?

Could even adaptations of obscure IPs he had thrown money at win fans' praise and keep winning awards thanks to their enthusiastic grassroots promotion?

And could Jian Ning's company end up being called a “company of immortals” along with them...?

Jian Ning fell silent.

So when exactly was he going to go bankrupt!!!
