Beneath the Yuan River: 1V2 love triangle | Older, scheming fox or younger, mad wolfdog versus a fragile vine-like heroine
On their wedding night, Chu Yan got dead drunk. His flushed face as he slept was unguarded, revealing a rare innocence.
Su Xiaofan's heart softened a little, so she left him alone. She thought of Hua Fang, whose face was completely different from Chu Yan's.
She lit a cigarette, smoke curling around her fingertips. A cigarette's fate was to burn away, just like her love with Hua Fang.
The day after the wedding, the two sat across from each other at the dining table, staring in silence.
Su Xiaofan wasn't good at romance, but she was great at business.
The prenuptial agreement was short, printed on both sides of an A4 sheet, with two copies prepared.
She treated this marriage as a business negotiation, perfectly serious.
But the other party didn't seem to be taking it seriously. With messy bedhead and sleepy eyes, he asked, "How about breakfast first?"
When Hua Fang repeatedly pestered and harassed her,
Chu Yan showed up carrying a food container and said coldly, "Counselor Hua, what do you want with my wife?"
After Hua Fang, stung by his words, left in disgrace,
Chu Yan casually asked Su Xiaofan, "When are we getting our marriage certificate?"
Su Xiaofan was baffled. "We need a certificate for a fake marriage? Do we have to have a baby, too?"
Chu Yan tugged open his tie and looked at her steadily. "If you want it, and I can give it to you."
After they married, Su Xiaofan visited Chu Yan at work and said she wanted to move back into her own home.
Chu Yan: "Will there be room for me?"
Su Xiaofan: "Will a rich young master like you be able to live in my little dump?"
Chu Yan: "It's time to shatter your stereotype of rich young masters. Not only can I live there, I'm going to live there every day."
Chu Yan was like a clingy plaster, impossible to shake off. He was fiercely protective of his wife and shameless as a fortress wall. Before she knew it, he had taken over her life, and her heart along with it.
"Itch Addiction" is complete. Come read, save, and follow it, everyone~
Blurb:
Jiang Tu never expected to run into her childhood neighbor, the older boy next door, at her boyfriend's welcome-home banquet.
In her memory, he had always been a gentle, modest boy.
Now he was dressed in a suit, stern and unsmiling, his cool, commanding presence perfectly at home amid the extravagance of high society.
His scrutinizing gaze abruptly fell on her. She quickly looked away, flustered.
She thought he probably didn't recognize her anymore, and it was best not to get ahead of herself.
Lu Qingze never took his eyes off Jiang Tu. He turned to the man beside her and asked,
"Ge Chuan, who is this?"
"Oh, Brother Lu, this is my fiancee."
Cheng Gechuan put an arm around Jiang Tu's smooth, snow-white shoulder.
"What do you think? Isn't she beautiful?"
The man's brows furrowed slightly, and his eyes darkened.
He stared at the hand resting improperly on the girl's shoulder. His Adam's apple bobbed, and the air around them grew heavy.
Jiang Tu was unsettled by that unfamiliar, gloomy gaze.
Feeling inexplicably uncomfortable, she quietly moved her boyfriend's hand away.
She held out her hand. "Hello, I'm Jiang Tu."
A smile that was both righteous and wicked played at Lu Qingze's lips. "Little white rabbit, it's been a long time. We've finally met again."
The man returned to his cold, empty home.
In a dark room,
under the moonlight slanting through the floor-to-ceiling windows,
the girl's innocent, sweet face appeared once more.
He fantasized, his hand moving down unconsciously until his expression became unbearable.
Lu Qingze stared dazedly at the white wall and murmured, "Jiang Tu, from now on, you can only be mine."
Will some kind-hearted god add this to their reading list? (puppy eyes)
