[History Livestream] Come On, Let Me Tell You About This Paper

[Before You Read:

1. All worlds are parallel timelines, and no one’s true identity is exposed;

2. The paper explanations and everyday livestreams each take up a considerable portion of the story;

3. The author is not a history major, so please be patient with me;

4. The characters will discuss the "way of ruling" with emperors, but the common people can hear them;

5. I don't consider myself an interesting person, but I'll do my best to make the story entertaining;

6. No fighting in the comments. You can offer writing suggestions or objective historical opinions, but don't insult me. If you do, I'll come cry outside your house in the middle of the night.]

Newly hired young teacher Ye Minzhi faces the school's performance targets and, after graduating, tearfully throws herself back into writing academic papers. To keep herself accountable, she gets the idea to start a study-with-me livestream on M Station.

But when she takes a break, she turns around and sees comments popping up one after another in what should have been a quiet livestream chat.

Faced with those blunt questions, Teacher Ye Minzhi's teaching instincts kick in, and she eagerly starts answering the viewers' questions.

Ye Minzhi's research mainly focuses on "how to tell China's stories well."

She loves talking about her field, from "how to study questions scientifically" to "whether the people should be enlightened" and then "how to unify people's thoughts after enlightening them." Some viewers ask very strange questions, but that doesn't stop her and a few of them from discussing the past and present.

What she could never have imagined was that the people chatting with her came from different eras.
