[Crossover] I Thought I Was Getting Married, but It Turned Out to Be a Job

[Blurb]

I was tricked into marriage.

It all started simply enough: I fell for a man, so I went after him.

I believe that if you like someone, you should fight for them. So I pursued him with all my might, so much so that even his subordinates couldn't stand it and subtly let me know he was the head of the Mafia. That still didn't scare me off.

I knew becoming the boss's wife wouldn't be easy, and that he must have his concerns. So I threw myself into every test he put me through, passing them all without a single complaint.

A year later, he finally agreed to marry me.

But the day after the wedding, he jumped off a building.

The underbosses I had met a few times before all came looking for me.

I couldn't even raise my head. I thought they were going to blame me for failing in my duties as a wife. Why else would the boss want to die right after getting married?

What happened next was a complete reversal.

They told me my husband had left me his entire estate. He had written a will, naming me as the next boss.

Me: ...

So I'd been tricked into marriage by a scumbag.

What I thought were "tests of love" were actually tests to see if I was qualified to become the next head of the Port Mafia.

Honestly... I don't even know where to send the knife I want to mail him.

After beating up all the vicious wolves who'd only dared to come out once my late husband faked his death, treating me like a naive widow who was both rich and easy to manipulate, I finally had time to think about my own grudges.

As the saying goes, if the enemy can come to us, so can I.

The enemy is cheerful these days and has even found himself a job he hates.

And me, known in the underworld as Sister Guozi, am surrounded by enemies and treated like a thief. I can't even find a job, and I've been tricked into going to high school.
