Who Goes to School in a Game?

It all started when I bought a game at a low price.

The game was called "Supreme Divine Power: A Perfect Life," and claimed to give players the most realistic experience of being a winner in life.

The System told me it was a laid-back game focused on enjoying life, with a huge time difference compared to reality, and no replay after completing it.

A single playthrough seemed a little ridiculous, but I reluctantly accepted it.

System: Great! Your first mission is to go to school.

Me: ???

Who goes to school in a game?!

And so, a dazzling new figure appeared among the latest batch of students at the Alsan United Academy.

His strength was unfathomable, and he did whatever he pleased. His reputation at the academy soared as soon as he enrolled.

He was a rebellious student in his teachers' eyes, an arrogant person in his classmates' eyes, and a genius in the public's eyes.

Everyone was astonished by his existence, yet grateful for it.

His name was Mu Qu.

I used to desperately crave other people's praise, their attention, and thunderous cheers.

This game claimed it could give me everything.

So I became the strongest pioneer of the modern age, one of the top students at Alsan United Academy, and the first to stand against the Ashen Tide...

I became famous. Many people loved me. I could live comfortably.

What a picture-perfect life.

But in the end, I realized I might not need much.

All I need is for my friends to stay by my side.

All I need is for "Mu Qu's friends to stay by his side."

Notes:

1. First-person narration! No CP. Long live the friendship between the protagonist and his friends.

2. The protagonist is extremely overpowered, and the story is mostly everyday life.

3. This is an old story I wrote in high school. Updates will be irregular.

4. This is an old, non-main-story work, two steps removed from the neighboring work. You can think of it as an alternate timeline.
