Feng Jue x Xiposi

While working overtime on a mission, archaeology professor Feng Jue accidentally fell into a cave from an ancient civilization. When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a primeval continent.

Faced with freezing weather, an endless snowfield, and predators lying in wait, he swung his archaeology trowel and smacked away a carnivorous moth trying to bite his head off. Then he smacked himself unconscious too. Might as well give it a try. Maybe he’d go back?

When he opened his eyes again, he was forced to kneel with both hands bound behind his back. Before him stood a handsome, dark-skinned man with golden patterns flowing over his body, horns atop his head, and an incredible physique.

Feng Jue: ...So big.

“If you can’t prove your worth,” the man said, pressing a dagger to his throat, “I’ll kill you with my own hands.”

Having just learned what love at first sight felt like, Feng Jue chose to press his neck closer and kiss the man’s fingertips.

Xiposi: ...?

Seeing prey kiss its hunter for the first time was a little frightening.

Xiposi was the last pureblood dragon, and also served as the high priest. He lived only to protect his people and ensure the continuation of the dragon bloodline.

The arrival of an outsider from beyond the heavens only added to the burden on his shoulders.

In his eyes, the man named Feng Jue was unruly and arrogant, and even turned a blind eye to his rejection, always coming right up to him of his own accord. It gave him a headache.

Still, there was no denying that this man who called himself Feng Jue had done a great deal for the dragons: clearing land, planting fruits and vegetables, diverting river water...

The dragons’ lives kept getting better because of him.

Xiposi was grateful for everything he did, as long as Feng Jue didn’t have his eyes on Xiposi’s dragon tail and body.

“I can solve all your problems,” Feng Jue said one time after getting drunk at a ritual. He pinned Xiposi’s hands down, his gaze intent and enthralled. “Including continuing the bloodline.”

Xiposi’s response was to bite through the corner of his lip when he forced a kiss on him, then reply through clenched teeth, their lips and teeth stained with blood: “...I don’t believe you.”

One day, a few months later, Xiposi woke up, looked at the pile of dragon eggs in the bed, and froze.
