After Faking My Death, I Became My Adopted Son's Pet Rabbit

Swordsmanship prodigy Su Zhuo died.

His nemesis, the notorious ghost cultivator Ji Fangting, was raising a fluffy little rabbit and showing it off everywhere.

Ji Fangting was so unpredictable, yet he doted on that rabbit to an absurd degree.

People speculated: was it an unparalleled beauty or an ancient divine beast?

Su Zhuo: …Hello.

To break through his bottleneck, Su Zhuo killed his adopted son to attain the Dao.

Ji Fangting was lucky enough to become a vengeful ghost and pursued him relentlessly for a hundred years.

Su Zhuo got fed up and decided to fake his death. To his surprise, his rabbit demon true form woke up in Ji Fangting's hands.

Honestly, the guy was impossible to shake off.

He acted sweet and adorable, playing the part of a stupid rabbit while waiting to regain his strength and make a run for it.

But after being fed too many heavenly treasures, Su Zhuo took human form ahead of schedule and revealed his true appearance.

Ji Fangting looked at him and smiled. “Mother?”

Su Zhuo's mind raced. He decided to play innocent and said pitifully, “I look a lot like my mother. Are you looking for him?”

Ji Fangting nodded, apparently believing his lie.

Su Zhuo endured everything. By day, he was the Ghost King’s most beloved little brother. At night, Ji Fangting locked him in the palace and never let him out of his sight.

At last, Su Zhuo found a chance to escape. During the pursuit, he and Ji Fangting fell together into a secret realm.

In the illusion, they relived another life, from beginning to end.

When they emerged, Su Zhuo had broken his merciless Dao, and all his cultivation was gone.

He stumbled back into his half-demon form, his white fur trembling as the tall young man held him captive in his arms.

“Mother,” Ji Fangting said, playing with his rabbit ears. “So you really do love me this much.”
