Xia Youjie was reborn. This time, he decided to be an ordinary monkey and live an ordinary life.
On the first day of an ordinary high school's term, the teacher introduced a new transfer student to their class.
"Hello, everyone. I'm Gojo Satoru, from Tokyo. Nice to meet you~"
Xia Youjie was stunned.
The monkey life he'd envisioned had fallen apart before it could even get off the ground.
02
A cursed spirit attacked the high school and kidnapped Gojo Satoru.
Yes, that's right. A cursed spirit that hadn't even grown all its fur kidnapped the strongest sorcerer.
Xia Youjie watched as the cursed spirit's filthy nails nearly pierced Gojo Satoru's throat, and finally couldn't hold back any longer.
"Gojo Satoru, are you fucking crazy?!"
"You're the one who started pretending, Jie!"
"Fuck you!"
The cursed spirit watched as the two of them started fighting right in front of it, treating it like it wasn't even there.
The cursed spirit's pride was wounded. It decided to kill itself.

"Hey, Principal, I heard sorcerers have to report their marriages. So, just letting you know, I'm planning to marry Jie."
Yaga Masamichi didn't know what to say to such a baffling statement. After a long pause, he finally asked, "Does Xia Youjie agree to this?"
The most troublesome student since the school was founded flashed another lawless grin. "I'm the one marrying Jie. Why would I need his permission?"
Lately, Xia Youjie had felt that something was off. More specifically, the people around him looked at him strangely.
Then, one day, he saw someone from the Gojo family at school. The man stared at the ring on his hand for a long time, then said in a trembling, disbelieving voice, "Lady Gojo?"
Xia Youjie was so startled he almost let Rainbow Dragon swallow him whole.
Only later did he find out that the ring Gojo Satoru had given him, claiming it could be bought in bulk for 9.9 yuan, was actually the heirloom ring worn by the wives of the Gojo clan's successive heads.
