[Transmigrated-into-a-book shou Lin Yan & scholar gong Lu Heming]
Farming / Food / Imperial Exams / Childbirth
(1)
Lin Yan was the most outstanding corporate drone ever to emerge from the mountains. He drowned in the bathtub while taking a bath.
When he opened his eyes again, he was lying in the arms of an unbelievably handsome man.
Lin Yan: ...The underworld has beauties like this...handsome men?!
But before Lin Yan could get handsy, a flood of memories suddenly poured into his mind: his mother, who had died young; his silent father; and himself, bullied by his vicious stepmother...
Lin Yan: Oh, so he transmigrated into a book.
The man before him was not only a future Grand Secretariat, but also the protagonist's enormous golden finger on his way to wealth and success.
And Lin Yan was the protagonist's doomed, early-death husband.
Lin Yan: ...I can farm and cook, and I have a wealth of experience in making my way out of the mountains!
Then he was going to get a head start and cling tightly to the future Grand Secretariat's coattails!

Lu Heming began as a penniless nobody in a nameless mountain village, then rose to become Grand Secretariat. His story was already the talk of the town.
As the first person in the dynasty to earn top honors in all three levels of the imperial examinations, he served the people and the nation from Shengjing to southern Fujian. His outstanding achievements and extraordinary bearing made him the idol of countless people.
Every young woman and young man gazed starry-eyed at the Grand Secretariat. Then one day, The Grand Secretariat's Making appeared out of nowhere. Every young master and young lady had a copy, and the book became a sensation throughout Shengjing.
But it shattered the Grand Secretariat's noble image, and the Censor-in-Chief even impeached him for more than half a month!
Meanwhile, Grand Secretariat Lu, the man at the center of it all, sat by the bed, completely unconcerned. He merely held on to the author and read aloud from the first page: "The man before him looked tall and aloof, like an immortal. The young man was so captivated that he forgot to argue back against the shrew..."
"Looks like our A-Yan fell in love with me at first sight."
Then he turned the page with practiced ease and continued reading without changing expression: "They had both drunk a little rice wine that night. The wine wasn't strong, but they were both tipsy. Their noses touched first, then their lips. The man was a little clumsy and missed his mark. Perhaps he couldn't hold his liquor and was truly drunk, or perhaps he was just a greenhorn..."
"I remember A-Yan was quite pleased that time."
Before Lin Yan could react, he turned another page. Lin Yan hurriedly pinned his hand down. "Wait! Grand Secretariat Lu, this is a storybook. Any resemblance to actual events is purely coincidental!"
Lu Heming kissed him. "Wasn't it you who personally made me Grand Secretariat?"
Lin Yan: Raising a Grand Secretariat starts with farming.

[Delicate shou Lin Yu & hunter gong Lu Zheng]
[A sweet little story about a marriage that turns into love: you hunt, I cook, and the young couple spend their days being all over each other]
Lin Yu was sold to the Lu family for two taels of silver.
There were two men in the Lu family. The eldest was married, and for years his wife had ruled the household. She had little kindness to spare for the young man.
The second son was a hunter who occasionally went out to trade. At twenty, he still wasn't married and looked set to become a bachelor. While he was away, Father Lu brought Lin Yu home as his bride.
A month after the wedding, Lin Yu still hadn't met his husband. His sister-in-law secretly made life difficult for him, but he didn't dare complain and silently kept working.
He cooked the family's meals, fed their pigs, washed their clothes...
As long as he had a home and wasn't thrown out, he would put up with anything.
When Lu Zheng returned from a trading trip, he found a little husband at home.
He looked small and skinny, yet would shoulder a whole basket of pigweed without hesitation.
He pecked at his food like a chick, yet could lift a whole bucket of pig feed.
He spoke softly and never picked a fight, but Lu Zheng had never seen him smile. At night, he would secretly cry under the covers.
Lu Zheng's heart ached for him.
He gave him all the meat, all the money, and wanted to place the very best things right in front of him.
At last, when he saw his husband smile, Lu Zheng was content, and all the more eager to work hard.
They saved money and built a new house. As spring turned to autumn, year after year, the young couple's life got better and better, and Lin Yu smiled more and more.
He had never imagined that anyone in this world would treat him with such wholehearted devotion.
[Slow-burn slice of life] [Delicate shou, with childbirth]
Theme: Life moves forward, one small step at a time
Okay, I'm done watching. I'll watch the extras during the day tomorrow. Huh, this book took me the longest time to read. I always couldn't get into it in the early stages, so I just listened to the book and slowly polished it off. Seeing that now, in general, the author's main plot is comprehensive, and the ending is also on point. But it was too hasty! Too hasty! I feel like the author has cut off a large part of the outline. I wrote very little in the two years from Zhangzhou to Fujian Province. It feels like it passed [melted] all of a sudden and then the lines were taken back. Author, you forgot to write it. Song Lei is obviously engaged to his brother, but you let him run away again. I thought Song Lei would at least be a master of juren who did not continue to take the exam but inherited the family business and husband Langqin. Regarding the ending of Se and Ming, what were Uncle Song and Mr. Yang doing so well to make Song Lei like this 😭 and Ji Jingzhi, who later had a different stance from Lu, and eventually parted ways, but the line between him and Yun Zhi could have been enriched, that is, although Yun Zhi had no intention of being with him, at least Ji Jingzhi allowed Yun Zhi to leave the Ji family. Even if it is mentioned in the follow-up that the Ji family's vitality is seriously injured, it will be slightly echoed. There is also Chu Sheng and Wei Linguang. They have been paving the way for so long, and Wei Linguang's character description is also very sufficient. I thought he would reunite with Chu Sheng, but it turned out that Chu Sheng married Tan Hualang again. Okay, okay, it's too cliche to get back together again. I don't want to follow this line. Then at least explain what happened to Wei Lingguang in the future. Did he get over it and marry each other, or will he focus on his own ambitions from now on? I still feel that it is not satisfactory 😭 😭 General Wei helped a lot in Zhangzhou, but I hope there is at least one sentence from him in the happy ending of the story. I read the ending section in one sitting, so it really felt rushed. It was obviously a long-running daily story, but except for the protagonist, everyone else was blurred. Was it written like this on purpose to help readers get out of the plot? [Resolved] [Resolved] In short, how come it's over? Wuwuwuwu
More extra today!! This guy is going to stand up [Sunglasses]
I've finished reading it, but the author made mistakes in some parts. I'll go back and revise it. In the first part, I said Yue'er was my sister, and later I said he was my brother. In the first part, I said that the brother that Song Lei liked was found, but in the second part, I said he couldn't find it. The author wrote it many times and completely forgot about it. Overall it's pretty good 🍉
""My husband and I also have this problem..." This is a big bug for the author~
What a warm and happy family 🎆
Dear author, the plot of this book is really good, and the love and career lines are interspersed well. However, there are really too many typos, which is very discouraging for readers who read the original version. It is really troublesome to correct the typos here, but I still hope to have time to catch bugs. There is no doubt that you have written well. I look forward to seeing you in the next book 💪 💪 💪
I'm satisfied, the author finally remembered Song Lei 🙏
This article is very good, it's heart-warming to read
Finished, scatter flowers🌸🌸🌸🌸~
Very good! It's a side story! 😆
