The Palace-Selection Candidate Who's Always Overthinking

(Miya Atsumu's perspective)

Miya Atsumu falls in love at first sight with a girl during a match.

Because she catches his powerful jump serve. (Miya Osamu: He managed it while completing a home run. Murder.)

But after spending some time with her, he discovers her wedding photo.

She's still just as beautiful and charming. Damn it, her husband is handsome too!

The principled Miya decides to give up on this relationship, then picks a fight with his own brother.

(Female lead's perspective)

Shinoka Kujira became financially independent after starting a company with her friend.

She was originally traveling around the world, but was forced to take on her responsibilities as a founder and inspect a match sponsored by their company.

That's how she met a face that perfectly matched her tastes.

Though Miya is difficult, that's nothing to someone who once raised a beagle.

Until one day, Miya stops approaching her to talk.

Shinoka is disappointed, but packs her bags and continues traveling.

The moment she opens her door, Miya appears on her doorstep, his face covered in bruises.

Wow, battle-worn. Even more attractive now.

(Before they get together)

Miya Atsumu: I don't want to be the other man. When are you divorcing your husband? Then we can officially be together.

Shinoka: I'd love to get divorced and be with you right away, but I'm not married.

Miya Atsumu: ???

An adult romance between a girl who's incredibly patient but only puts up with dogs and the foul-tempered, incredibly handsome Miya Atsumu.

The “husband” is a woman, and the photo is a still from a drama. There is no homewrecking plot, because this is Jinjiang.
