She Said No

A handsome young guy hired from outside just joined the office next door.

He's warm and outgoing, a real extrovert, and treats his older female colleague well. She knows he has an ulterior motive, but she keeps him at arm's length.

There's nothing good about a man being too handsome.

Besides, she doesn't like people who like her. The moment someone makes a move on her, she loses interest in him.

Later, the young guy transferred to another project.

She'd occasionally see his posts on her social media feed. No matter how good-looking the photos or how interesting the stories, she never liked them, let alone left a comment.

Until one day, she happened to see his post: he was engaged.

In the photo, he looked elegant, handsome, and dashing.

A sudden itch stirred in her heart, and, almost as if possessed, she commented on his post for the first time:

So handsome [heart]
