A Salaryman Plumber in an R-Rated Novel

Yes, as you can see, I'm a blue-collar plumber in an erotic novel. My pay isn't great, but it's enough to keep food on the table, and that's all I need.

All sorts of unexpected things happen while I'm working. Like when I'm on an emergency call in the middle of the night and a married woman in the bathroom pauses strangely between words while on the phone; when I'm on the bus and the person beside me covers their mouth, hiding something under their coat; when strange, irregular sounds come from deep in an alley; or when my classmates are all flushed red during class...

I keep my eyes straight ahead and dutifully do my job.

Then one day, a package arrives: a videotape, with every frame filled with images I can't make sense of. I figure the delivery guy must have brought it to the wrong address, but we're both just working stiffs, so I don't want to make trouble for him.

But as I'm taking the tape back, the man next door suddenly opens his door and calls me over. He says he's lost his keys and is waiting for a locksmith, and asks if he can sit at my place for a while.

Then, out of nowhere, he says, "You saw it, didn't you? Come with me. I can take it..."

Wait, wait, wait.

I know my world is a mishmash of monsters, perverts, living wallpaper, and things that are all plastic and colorful in people's minds.

But don't come near me!

I'm just an ordinary plumber!

I swear on ten sticks of Wangwang Frozen Treats,

I'm here to fix pipes! Nothing else!!

Stay away from me!
