The anti-piracy chapter system is now active. Thanks for understanding, w,
For some reason, the genius detective Yano Kyo no longer works as a detective. Instead, he opens a platypus dessert shop in Beika Town, making a living by researching one hundred and eighty ways to eat black syrup. Mysterious cases with unknown causes of death keep cropping up due to invisible poisons and the abuse of certain drugs in Beika Town. His friend Officer Isshiki, who can't figure out how to solve them, eventually comes to Yano Kyo for help.
So, since things have come to this, let's have a cup of coffee first.
For the first case, Officer Isshiki confiscates a fishing line.
For the second case, Officer Isshiki sees the culprit kneeling on the ground and bawling, then confiscates a second fishing line.
By the third case, Yano Kyo has already started looking for fishing lines himself.
He has to ask: where on earth does Beika Town get so many fishing lines? And are they impervious to knives and bullets, so even a truck can't snap them?
Also, are the motives of Beika Town's culprits all a little too ridiculous? Things like adjusting the soil's pH, or killing someone because they read a terrible mystery novel. Is this one of those essential elements of honkaku mystery that we just have to accept?!
Meanwhile, more and more junior police officers and capable people he rescues while solving cases start showing up. But are there also more and more weirdos in the dessert shop?
Scotland is developing new desserts, Rye is trying to sneak beef stew into the shop, and Miss Miyano is practicing latte art on coffee.
A high school detective passing by from next door, now in the body of an elementary school student, thinks of the Poirot Cafe and Rum's sushi near his house. He can't help asking, "The Organization hasn't even been taken down yet, and you've already switched to the food business?!"
A little skit that doesn't actually appear in the story:
Yano Kyo: As everyone knows, Japanese honkaku mysteries aren't governed by science. They're governed by Conan logic. For example, this taxi driver has a psychological disorder that makes him see everyone as an animal, so he can easily identify anyone. And this little detective used to be a high schooler before becoming an elementary schooler. As for where the energy for that transformation went, we don't need to understand everything about Japanese honkaku mysteries.
Officer Isshiki: Isn't someone deliberately leaving out the part where he has a condition that makes him unconsciously hypnotize culprits after solving a case and drive them to their deaths, but which has been officially diagnosed as an illness?
Our Japanese honkaku mysteries are just so Conan-logic!
Content warnings:
OOC
The CP is fixed. No breaking up or reversing roles, and please don't start ship wars.
The Conan-logic timeline is shortly after Hagi and Matsu joined the force (Gosho's timeline is a little messy). No spoilers: information from the manga up to chapter 155 when this story began.
The case timeline has some personal adjustments, with time skips and cases occurring out of order (not limited to after the first year of Conan).
There may be crossovers with lesser-known anime (but nothing outside the scope of Conan logic. We don't need to know that much about Japanese honkaku mysteries).
There will be lots of cheesy Japanese honkaku and shin honkaku mystery jokes, because the author has read too many of them. There will also be plenty of things that make perfect sense in honkaku mysteries but not in real life.
Please don't mention other works under my story, or mention my story in unrelated places. It will cause trouble for everyone involved, w.
Is this... a lighthearted, brainless power fantasy? The original Yano Kyo is a genius, but all I can say is I'll do my best to write him as a genius...

Matsuda's collection of card games is already complete, like a Grain Eater graduating from two-shot blind draw.
I checked, and Section 2 is in charge of smart crimes. I guess it's because Kidd can send out riddles (notice letters), so he is responsible for Section 2?
Although I have said it once, I will say it again: (in animation/comics/novel) why are the Japanese so obsessed with blood! After eight hundred years, the ancestral bloodline has long been diluted and no one knows where it has gone.
I can't do it. What do you mean the murderer is Cao Cao??? This reminds me of the re-creation of a projectile on site B... Belike: The victim died in the bathroom! So this is a bathroom murder! So the killer is the bathroom! But this is Naegi-san's bathroom? The killer is the bathroom! Naegi is an accomplice! I feel like I want to hit someone but am powerless [covering my face and laughing and crying]
As for this confession, you feel good and don't have attacks after not being rejected?
Hubitz is so cute
Organize the FBI of the Metropolitan Police Department, Jing is a three-sex domestic slave [covering face, laughing and crying]
Who is the undercover? The second round is ready to begin!
After thinking about it, the least willful detective is Miss Marple written by Grandma?
He has a strong sense of blessing in his character, and Mo's bloodline is used by him to predict the psychology of criminals.
