[Western Crossover] Robin's Internship Handbook

There's a guy in my head who claims to be a comic narrator. He keeps trying to convince me to apply for the job of Robin.

Apparently, every Robin runs into countless life-threatening situations, experiences dying and coming back to life at least once, and has to work both the day shift and overtime at night. They also face all kinds of family crises on a regular basis.

Me: "...Do I have to die too?"

[Yes.]

Curious despite myself, I met Mr. Wayne when he came to the orphanage for a charity event.

His brow ridge was prominent, the tails of his thick black eyebrows sharp, and his eyes deep-set. His brown skin and wolfish, dark green eyes gave him an untamed air.

He just looked a little young.

The narrator, who had just been loudly reciting A Hundred Ways to Get Bruce Wayne, aka Batman, to Notice You in my head, abruptly fell silent.

After repeatedly confirming that this world's Batman really was Bruce Wayne, and that Nightwing was still the eldest brother of the family, the narrator let out a piercing shriek: [Why is Damian here? And why is he so tall? Wait, what universe is this?!]

==Reading Guide==

1. First-person narration.

2. The timeline isn't reversed. It takes place five years later.

3. The story is mainly based on P52, but I'll alter things heavily or blend in other settings. Just think of it as a parallel universe.

4. Let's keep things civil, enjoy the story, and discuss things respectfully. Fanworks come from love for the characters, so please don't fight, compare characters to put them down, or insult them. Thank you so much.

5. (squeezes in) (offers a rose)

Theme: Don't settle for the status quo.
