After graduating, Lin Yushan started working at a small tech company.
He took over a promising project: developing an AI aimed at women.
Put simply, they wanted to design the perfect boyfriend that everyone would love.
The problem was that Lin Yushan had never dated anyone. He'd never even held a girl's hand.
So the AI's development was going poorly.
A friend suggested he try dating his own AI.
Lin Yushan: "..."
An interesting idea. Don't ever think of it again.
After getting chewed out by his direct supervisor yet again, Lin Yushan slumped over his keyboard, utterly dejected, and typed out a line: "Treat me as your boyfriend."
The AI fell silent for a moment, then said, "Okay, honey."
