In real life, Yu Xingye is a social outcast at school. She wears thick black-rimmed glasses and a black mask, carries her computer everywhere, keeps to herself, and isn't well liked.
Online, she's a die-hard fan of the rising young star Jiang Wanyin. She's good at drawing fan art, boosting rankings, running stats, and attacking rival fans, and she throws her weight around in the fandom. Even when Jiang Wanyin is surrounded by scandals, she never stops supporting her.
No one knows that when Yu Xingye hit the lowest point of her life, she got by thanks to the long private message Jiang Wanyin sent her.
So no matter what other people said about Jiang Wanyin, Yu Xingye always believed she was gentle and kind-hearted, independent and strong. She'd simply been exploited and betrayed by her heartless agency and manager, leaving her disheartened and forcing her to shut herself off from the world.
Then one day, Yu Xingye discovered that the private message she'd treasured had actually been written by that awful manager, She Lian.
And that wasn't all. Jiang Wanyin's ambitious public image had been crafted by She Lian.
Jiang Wanyin's career had been supported by She Lian.
The thoughtful messages in the fan group had been posted by She Lian.
The handwritten letters and gifts that had moved Yu Xingye had been prepared by She Lian.
Everything she loved had something to do with She Lian.
[At first]
Yu Xingye: (メ`[]´)/ You awful old woman! Stay away from our Wanyin! Don't ruin her career!
She Lian: ? Where did this childish little girl come from?
[Later]
Yu Xingye: (✧ω✧) Big Sis, Big Sis, look at me! I'm pretty and shapely, younger than Jiang Wanyin, prettier than Jiang Wanyin, and sweeter-tongued than Jiang Wanyin. Pick me, pick me, pick me, pick me!
She Lian: ...You've got a pretty good face, but you're a little noisy.
A supposedly reserved, socially anxious younger die-hard fan puppy top x a mature, scheming older woman who is supposedly the sister-in-law but is actually the manager, a cool beauty bottom
✳ This will begin after the completed novel The Scum Top Who Abandoned His Original Partner. It's expected to start in the first half of 2027. A relatively short, lighthearted story full of jokes. The top has short hair early on and long hair later. One-on-one, pure romance, both are each other's first love, and neither has ever been in a relationship with anyone else.
Theme: Only sincerity can see through every illusion.
