My Wife Slapped Me, and It Felt So Good

Qin Gu is a rugged, burly Alpha standing two meters tall, with a foul temper and a stubborn streak. No one in the business world dares cross him.

Yet the Omega he married is delicate, sweet, and gentle. Ye Buzhi is a professor at a prestigious university.

Qin Gu protected his wife with everything he had.

For sixty whole years.

After Ye Buzhi died of illness, Qin Gu disobeyed his wife for the first time. The very next day, he followed him into death.

In a flash, he was reborn in high school, back when he and his wife were classmates.

Ye Buzhi glanced at him.

Qin Gu: My wife looked at me. My wife loves me.

Ye Buzhi said a word to him.

Qin Gu: My wife's lips are so pretty, and his clothes smell so good. My wife spoke to me first. My wife loves me.

Ye Buzhi got annoyed when Qin Gu hugged him without asking and slapped him.

Qin Gu: My wife's hand is so soft, and the breeze from his slap smells so good. My wife loves me so much.

Around everyone else, Qin Gu was still the same cold, expressionless, aloof guy.

But even a fool could tell that whenever Qin Gu was around Ye Buzhi, he turned into a shameless simp with a double standard.

Calling him a simp was practically a compliment. Qin Gu was happy to worship the ground his wife walked on.

In their previous life, they didn't get together until college.

Qin Gu had no idea that during the high school years they had missed out on, his wife had been through so much.

A crude, domineering Alpha barged into Ye Buzhi's dull life.

He forcefully gave Ye Buzhi his pheromones to treat his gland disorder.

He forcefully brought him meals and insisted he finish them.

He forcefully protected and took care of him.

"No. I'm not eating. Go away." At first, Ye Buzhi was confused, wary, and resistant.

At some point, he gradually grew used to Qin Gu's forceful, unreasonable ways and accepted his kindness.

"You can bite my gland, but be gentle."

"That's too much. I really can't finish it."

"I like you a little, too."

But Ye Buzhi was also realistic. After seeing Qin Gu's understated luxury home and the loving family he had, he knew that an ordinary Omega who struggled to get by with a grandmother who collected recyclables was worlds apart from Qin Gu.

"You want to break up with me? Don't even think about it. You'll only ever have one Alpha in this life, and one man: me. Do you understand?"

Qin Gu listened to Ye Buzhi go on and on, but only understood one thing: Ye Buzhi didn't want him anymore.

"You bastard! You're so rough!"

Ye Buzhi was slung over Qin Gu's shoulder as he carried him toward the room. He'd said so much that he was about to cry, and that was Qin Gu's response?

By then, the college entrance exam results had just come out. He and Ye Buzhi had taken first and second place at their school, and getting into the same university was a sure thing.

Qin Gu gently rubbed the prickly stubble on his chin against the gland at the back of Ye Buzhi's neck.

They had already used temporary marking several times to treat Zhizhi's gland disorder.

Looking at Ye Buzhi's rosy face, Qin Gu felt his heart itch. He softened his voice and coaxed his wife: "Zhizhi, I want you."
