Playing a Scumbag, But I'm an Omega

As Chi Xu lay dying, he was bound to a System and sent into a melodramatic angst novel.

The angst novel's shou had status, power, and everything else, yet the scum gong used him and tormented him in body and spirit. In the end, the shou came to his senses and ground the scum gong to dust.

Chi Xu had to play the scum gong. Once he completed the mission, he could be reborn.

Chi Xu was full of fighting spirit, until the angst novel's shou, a head taller than him, stood before him.

Chi Xu: “He's 1.9 meters tall, right?”

System: Mm-hmm.

“He's an alpha too.”

System: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Chi Xu: ...

System: Don't worry, you're a beta, so his pheromones won't affect you... Wait, why are you an omega?!

Chi Xu carefully hid his identity and did his best to play a sinister, scheming scum gong who only wanted to use the angst novel's shou.

But just as he was about to torment the protagonist, his heat hit, and sweet, heady omega pheromones spread through the room.

Then Chi Xu watched the usually distant man flush, loosen his tie, and slowly walk toward him.
