After the Bad Kitty Maxed Out Her Villainy

[Thank you all so much for the favorites! (Starry-eyed)]

I.

Xia Mo was the wicked supporting character. She died saving a kitten. After her death, the Cat God blessed her and granted her a chance to live again.

She was still a wicked supporting character, as the story had ordained. But under the Cat God's protection, she could start out as a cat. Once she had accumulated enough wicked points and passed the world's consciousness's test, she could have a human body.

The Cat God said that cats are invincible, cats can do whatever they want, and anything a cat does is right.

After being reborn, Xia Mo diligently played the part of a pretty little bad cat. Her looks got her selected for a pet variety show, but while she was a cat, she had no idea that technology had advanced enough for humans to understand cat and dog speech!

So on the show, viewers could see a pretty calico taunting people in words, then using her sweet, coaxing voice to insult them, knowing they couldn't understand cat language.

The pretty calico stole pudding from the table and persuaded a clueless golden retriever to take the blame. The calico, meanwhile, was rewarded with another serving of freeze-dried treats for her good behavior.

The pretty calico knocked over someone's flowerpot, then stood fearfully on their head and let out a delicate, creepy cackle. She left gracefully after covering the person in cat hair.

III.

Xia Mo got her hands on a handbook for bad cats.

If you don't know how to be a bad cat, you can read this book and do what it says.

One day, Xia Mo's bad-cat task was updated: put a cockroach in a cup and pretend it's a jujube.

Xia Mo searched the villa for three days without finding a single cockroach. Happily settling for the next best thing, she gnawed and filed a red date with her cat claws and sharp teeth, making a cockroach covered in cat hair.

The human came home. The human took a drink. The human froze. The human stared at the cat.

The cat opened her big eyes and looked completely innocent. She even meowed in a sweet little voice. The human sighed helplessly, scooped her up, and carried her over to her own water bowl.

Blurb for a future novel: Rainy-Day Thoughts

Bai Yu made a wish: she hoped she could date Xiao Kuo. The day after she made the wish, a light rain began to fall.

Xiao Kuo became her boyfriend. He hugged her from behind, his warm, damp breath falling on her shoulder. "Xiao Yu, your heart's beating so fast. Do you like me that much?"

Bai Yu argued in her mind, No, it's because I feel so guilty.

On the day the rain stopped, Bai Yu texted Xiao Kuo: "We can only kiss once today."

A question mark appeared on the other end of the phone. "? Who is this?"

We only date when it rains.
