Did I Eat the Male Lead Today?

[Upcoming novel, please add it to your favorites =3=]

That day, Xu Zhuo found a girl outside the ruins in an S-Class contamination zone and asked her name.

"My name... They all call me Shi Yuan."

Only later did Xu Zhuo understand: she wasn't Shi Yuan, she was the Devouring Abyss.

South of the horizon, beyond the frozen wastes, lay a bottomless abyss that had spawned countless monsters.

Humanity called it the Devouring Abyss.

*

A girl joined Xu Zhuo's side.

Black hair, dark eyes, and a gaze so clear she seemed out of place in this desperate apocalypse.

Everyone envied the girl for getting lucky enough to latch on to an S-Class Shadow Hunter.

Until they saw Shi Yuan tear a monster apart with her bare hands.

The deepest darkness flowed from beneath her feet, devouring everything.

Everyone: Sorry, you're the biggest powerhouse here!

Later, Xu Zhuo leaned against a tree trunk, having lost too much blood. The campfire blazed, its light and shadows hazy.

Shi Yuan stood in front of him, clutching a little raccoon plushie. Her black eyes glittered like beautiful gems, cold and bright.

"Xu Zhuo, you're dying."

Xu Zhuo curled his lips into a faint smile and looked up calmly. "Yes. I'm dying."

Shi Yuan asked politely, "May I eat you?"

Her eyes were as dark as the abyss, but her expression remained innocently detached as she spoke.

Xu Zhuo coughed with laughter and reached out to her. "You may."

Then

A soft, awkward kiss landed on Xu Zhuo's lips.

Like a little beast nibbling at its food.

He couldn't help murmuring, "Yuan Yuan, that's not how you eat."

● One-on-one romance, both leads are each other's first, happy ending, ensemble cast

● Post-apocalyptic wasteland, warm and healing (maybe?)

● The heroine is an evil god with no concept of good or evil and a very unusual way of thinking
