● Sweet-talking, tough-hearted beauty who loves to tease x nine-tailed fox

Zhu Shanyue has a husband she's never met,

the mountain god of a mountain.

That's what her grandma told her.

By a twist of fate, she returns to her long-abandoned hometown.

When she inexplicably becomes the mountain god, she discovers her grandma lied to her.

Zhu Shanyue's husband in name isn't the mountain god.

He's the mountain god's only divine attendant.

A young man with silver hair and snow-white robes, breathtakingly beautiful.

Behind him are nine snow-white tails, and fox ears hidden beneath his silver hair.

Zhu Shanyue: My husband, whom I've never met, is truly gorgeous ^_^

Zhu Shanyue accidentally becomes the new mountain god. Her first order of business is to form a new pact with her divine attendant.

But when she makes her request...

A faint smile plays on that almost bewitching face. His dark golden eyes draw near, dangerous and captivating.

"Mountain God, a nine-tailed fox can't be tamed." His voice is like a lover's whisper. "Besides, I hate being tied down."

Zhu Shanyue starts looking for a new divine attendant.

A young man of the Heavenly Horse clan drops to one knee. Snow-white, powerful wings unfurl from his back as he raises his tearful eyes. "I am willing to offer you my loyalty."

The handsome and proud Chongming bird lowers his head, his gaze burning. "Mountain God, you won't find anyone more sincere than me. We're the same kind."

A blue-scaled dragon: "...I want to stay with you. I don't have to be your divine attendant."

Faced with a crowd of rivals, Zhu Shanyue starts to fret.

It's too hard to choose. Maybe I'll just take them all ^_^

But she doesn't notice the pair of dark golden eyes hidden in the shadows, their jealousy burning ever brighter.
