Lu Zuoyang thinks Jiang Jinfang is the cutest Omega in the world.
His adorable Omega has a magical “cuteness score” above his head. No one else in the world can see it, but Lu Zuoyang can. He is so mean that he not only keeps it a secret from Jiang Jinfang, but deliberately uses it to tease him.
“Lu Zuoyang, will you come home with me?”
“Lu Zuoyang, how do I solve this problem?”
“Lu Zuoyang, does my new outfit look nice?”
Jiang Jinfang clings to his childhood friend, but the other boy never gives him a straight answer. He must hate him.
Jiang Jinfang feels so wronged that he bursts into tears. He likes Lu Zuoyang more than anyone in the world. He wants to marry him and have lots and lots of babies with him.
The “cuteness score” above his head is incredible. Whenever it drops below zero, any wish he makes comes true: “I'll come home with you. I'll teach you anything. You look handsome in everything you wear.”
Jiang Jinfang not only marries Lu Zuoyang, but finally gets all the answers he never got before.
Even when both their families go bankrupt.
Jiang Jinfang clings to Lu Zuoyang as they flee for their lives in the occupied zone. “I'm so scared. I'm so sad, Lu Zuoyang. Do you think the Wish God will still grant my wishes?”
For Jiang Jinfang and his adorable wishes, Lu Zuoyang secretly works hard to earn money and support his wife.
Little by little, Jiang Jinfang gets new clothes, a new computer, a new house, a new status and reputation. He has everything.
Except Lu Zuoyang.
Alone in his new clothes, playing on his new computer in his empty mansion, Jiang Jinfang watches the cuteness score above his head plummet to a new low:
“Wish God, I don't want anything you've given me. I want my childhood friend, Lu Zuoyang. Will you grant my wish?”
The “Wish God” hiding behind the mansion knows he's made a mistake. Trembling and steeling himself, he steps forward.
The moment Jiang Jinfang opens his eyes, he sees Lu Zuoyang, battered and barely alive after escaping death. He cries so hard he can barely see:
“I knew it was you, Lu Zuoyang. In the whole world, you love me most. You're the only one willing to grant all my wishes...”
Lu Zuoyang is moved to tears in his arms, but he's also afraid the cuteness score will drop below zero and force him to grant another wish.
But as Jiang Jinfang cries, the cuteness score soars all the way to its limit:
“Lu Zuoyang, I like you. How about I grant your wishes for a change?”
