Tenth Generation's Clone No. 001

[He is himself from a parallel world] [Updated every other day at midnight~] 100: “I picked someone up from the world I destroyed, but before I could do anything, someone whisked him away.” 270: “And this is your testimony?” 590: “So where is the Tenth Generation Boss from that world now?!” 100: “The Time Government.” But when 270 finally found his other self, the researchers had already tortured him into madness and even stuffed him into his own clone. 270 asked tentatively, “What’s your name?” According to the rules of the Time Government, a name is the shortest kind of spell, so even remembering just his name would be enough! The clone: “…Formerly No. 027, currently No. 001.” 270’s breath caught. There was nothing in the child’s eyes but a desire to die. The clone: “Are you going to destroy *us*?” 270 said softly, “No… Live. Take my surname and my name. Live until you find something that makes life worth living.” A world couldn’t have two identical people. The Time Government was their only chance to coexist. The clone: “…If that’s what you want.” And so, the clone began living quietly in the citadel. Not long afterward, 270 sent another message. 270: “The Time Government is in a terrible state because of its poor decisions. To help turn things around, you’re going to start livestreaming.” The clone: “???” Bonus scene: When 69 finally overcame every obstacle and found his boss, the man had lost his memory. 69 was silent for a moment, then decisively tried to get close in the way he knew best. 69: “Kufufu, give me your body…” 27: “Sure.” 69’s eyes widened in shock. 27: “Which one?” Content warnings: He is himself from a parallel world, but due to an accident, he has completely lost his memory.
