Autumn Flame

This is an apocalypse where people live like ghosts. The moment you leave the inner city enclosed by towering walls, you enter a hell of walking corpses, mutations, contamination, and cannibalism.

When Shen Yanqiu was found by an expedition team in an abandoned radioactive mine, he was like a moon pulled from the mud. He was the only life within a thousand kilometers that still had a human shape.

He couldn't speak, cry, or smile, like a glass doll with no concept of life.

He was sent to a laboratory and skinned and dismembered, until a genius researcher named Yan Shuyi rescued him and gave him the name Yanqiu.

Qiu, meaning autumn, was the season when he escaped the research facility. Yan, meaning flame, was his scorching, blazing vitality.

Yan Shuyi said he was as fragile as a tiny flame, yet like a wildfire, destined to burn on without end.

Before Yan Shuyi died, his flame was the heat of someone who lived in the face of death.

After Yan Shuyi died, his flame was hatred that brought death to others and himself.

Shen Yanqiu x Li Ying

A truly emotionless, modified human, killing machine, glass-skinned beauty x insane, cold-faced, cold-hearted, dark and ruthless cool guy

A revenge story of mutual hatred. They really hack at each other with blades, not just petty squabbling. Arms and legs get cut off.
