Am I Being Raised by a Cat?

[Cat Shifter Top × Owner Bottom] Cheng Yue had only gone out to buy cat food. A thick fog suddenly rolled in as he passed a fork in the road. A few seconds later, he was walking home with the cat food, just as usual. But after crossing that street, he found that everything had changed. Every building towered into the clouds, and the streets were broad. Everything around him was utterly unfamiliar. People came and went, some with rabbit ears growing from their heads, others with wolf tails behind them. Dressed in a T-shirt and shorts, with a bag of cat food in his hand, Cheng Yue looked completely out of place amid all the futuristic technology. He froze in alarm and looked around, then spotted a public time display not far away. 2155! Was this some kind of prank, or was he seeing things? Worst of all, a news broadcast was playing on a giant screen outside a shopping mall. [The Federation's newly elected governor will officially take office this month.] Beside the headline was a poster showing the new governor in both of his forms. The man wore a black military uniform and stood tall and straight, his cap pulled low over his brow so that only the sharp line of his jaw was faintly visible. But Cheng Yue's attention was quickly stolen by the animal form beside him. The image showed a tall, powerful cheetah with narrow golden eyes that seemed to hold a hint of impatience and cold indifference. Cheng Yue went rigid. Th-That's his little boy, isn't it?! - In 2135, a wave of high fevers swept across the globe. After several days of fever, some humans began to undergo “atavism,” gaining an animal form of their own. Even rarer, some animals evolved into humans. People or animals who possessed both forms were given a new name: “New Humans.” After that, the nations united to form the Federation. The New Humans rose above ordinary humans and became the Federation's rulers. *Bonus scene* Cheng Yue was very afraid of his cat's half-beast form. That was usually when he got thoroughly roughed up. The man started by undoing his belt. The moment Cheng Yue heard the buckle, his scalp prickled, and he wanted to turn and run. But how could he outrun the man? The man's tail simply wrapped around his waist and tossed him onto the bed. The man liked to push his tail into Cheng Yue's mouth and listen to his muffled, broken sobs. Then he'd calmly discipline him. “You got my tail dirty again.” “Lick it clean.” . Theme: Love transcends everything
