My Archrival Turned Around and Proposed to Me

I have a superpower.

If I tell someone, “Hug me,” and then make a request, there's a 90% chance they'll agree.

So I told my boss, “Hug me. I want a raise!”

My boss said, “I'll give you a raise!”

I told my best friend, “Hug me. Introduce me to some handsome guys!”

My best friend said, “I'll introduce you to ten!”

I turned to my nemesis. “Hug...” Damn it, I couldn't get the words out.

I gritted my teeth. “Hug me. Stay away from me from now on!”

My nemesis smiled. “I can grant the first request, but not the second.”
