I Fell for My Girlfriend's Unrequited Love

Ling Wei and Shen Canqing met at a music festival. At the time, Shen Canqing was the little-known lead singer of a band, traveling all over the country to perform at mixed-bill festivals and livehouses, trying to build a name for the group.

Among the audience, she had only a handful of fans.

After the band she liked finished playing, the stage crew changed over, and a new group began setting up their equipment.

Ling Wei took a glance. She didn't recognize them, but she stayed put. There was no harm in listening to a new band.

The drums kicked in. Smooth notes slipped from the guitarist's fingertips, and the lead singer's clear voice washed over Ling Wei's ears. In an instant, she was rooted to the spot.

As soon as the band finished and left the stage, Ling Wei went straight to the lead singer to ask for her contact details. That was how she met Shen Canqing, and the two began a relationship that lasted five years.

Ling Wei had always thought that fate had brought her and Shen Canqing together. Their meeting had been so romantic it was almost unbelievable. If nothing unexpected happened, she had never imagined breaking up with Shen Canqing.

Until... Shen Canqing started coming home late, going on business trips, and leaving her messages unanswered. Her expression grew more and more impatient whenever they were together. Ling Wei heard indistinct words in her sleep-talk, and learned from a mutual friend about the moonlight of Shen Canqing's youth.

Shen Canqing had fallen for someone else.

The one she loved was Ke Yuxia.

Even their names seemed a better match side by side: Qing and Xia.

Ling Wei was just a part of their game.

She refused to accept it. She had to meet Ke Yuxia herself and see what kind of magic she had, to make Shen Canqing unable to forget her.

But as Ling Wei deliberately drew close to Ke Yuxia and the two grew intimate, she forgot her original purpose.

Pinned against Ke Yuxia's arm, blushing and dazed, she regretted it: Oh no, how did I end up falling even harder than Shen Canqing did?!

I like her so much... So much.

Ling Wei and Ke Yuxia are the perfect match!
