I Can't Shake Off My Archenemy After They Lost Their Memory

Chi Yu and Lu Jing have never gotten along, from childhood to adulthood.

Chi Yu thinks Lu Jing is a nouveau riche who only knows how to show off his muscles and luxury cars on social media.

Lu Jing mocks Chi Yu for being nothing but a pretty face, when in reality he's a sickly weakling who gets out of breath after walking for two minutes.

Whenever the two meet, a battle is sure to break out.

But at a birthday party, Chi Yu is dressed in an elegant formal outfit when he rounds a corner and runs into a familiar figure.

Seeing that Lu Jing is all dolled up, he's about to blow up when the person in front of him suddenly turns red-eyed.

"Big brother, I think I've lost my memory. I don't know who I am."

Chi Yu is so stunned he feels like he's been struck by lightning, but he still can't resist needling him. "So it's you. You spent three years trying to win me over and got nowhere, and now you've followed me to my birthday party. Have you no shame?"

He expects Lu Jing to fly into a rage, but instead, the other man's face turns red.

"Big brother, you're so beautiful. Of course I should try to win you over."

Chi Yu: ???

Convinced Lu Jing is pretending to have amnesia, Chi Yu decides to play along and show him what a real actor can do.

His friends warn him not to get caught up in it, but Chi Yu doesn't care.

"Even if every human being on Earth went extinct, I still wouldn't fall for him. Once he can't keep up the act, it'll be my turn to laugh at him."

A few months later, a friend runs into Lu Jing bare-chested at Chi Yu's place, with red scratch marks on his back, and immediately breaks into a cold sweat.

"Why do I feel like something's not right?"

Chi Yu's lips are red from a passionate kiss, and his eyes dart around.

"Don't say another word. I'm not going to be fooled by Lu Jing. I'm just pretending to be so lovesick I can't think straight, but it's all part of my plan. Relax, I know what I'm doing."

His friend: Right, just a little game between the lovebirds.
