Solving Cases in the 1990s [Crime Investigation]

After wishing upon a shooting star, college student Xia Hua transmigrates to the 1990s and becomes a newly appointed criminal investigator at the Ping'an County Public Security Bureau.

On her first day reporting for duty, nobody takes the new girl seriously. The captain even sends Xia Hua straight to organize old files. No one expects this unremarkable-looking girl to have a Case Replay System that lets her return to crime scenes and spot crucial clues.

An old theft case has long since been written off as unsolvable, its scene destroyed. Yet amid a sea of people, Xia Hua points to one person with certainty. "He's the thief!"

The captain assumes she's joking. But when he follows up on the clues she provides, the truth turns out exactly as she said. He immediately sends officers to arrest the thief, and the whole team sees Xia Hua in a new light.

When every thug in town is murdered overnight, the captain assumes it's a gang dispute. But Xia Hua spots something amiss in a single hair at the scene. After a thorough investigation, the truth leaves everyone stunned!

A young man accidentally falls into a chemical plant's tank, and his body is completely dissolved. Everyone assumes it was an accident, but Xia Hua finds a new lead in a shoe left at the scene. After investigating, they arrest the culprit, and the victim is finally vindicated!

A woman is murdered in her own home. Every suspect has an alibi, but Xia Hua notices something strange about the victim's tongue. In the end, she unmasks the real killer and brings them to justice!

A year later, Xia Hua has received so many thank-you letters that they fill her entire home. Whenever people in Ping'an Town mention her, they all sing her praises:

"She's so young, yet truly impressive!"

"She's the guardian angel of Ping'an Town!"

"I can sleep so soundly knowing she's here!"
