Transmigrated first, then reborn twice, with childbirth
An ordinary person transmigrates into the insect race and only wants to diligently be a good male. But not everyone can resist the temptation of rising to the top of the power ladder, the way novel protagonists remain true to love and turn their backs on wealth and power. Of course, he succumbs. Becoming a slave to desire, he gradually loses his past and himself. Is he human or insect? Forcing himself to stomach a species he loathes and despises, he plays along while constantly searching for his homeland. Is he insect or human?
The insect he likes is still an insect. Can this kind of creature really understand what liking someone means? The one he likes, really, is it just his own fantasy, or is it Vite as an [individual]?
He wants his original aspirations back.
1. The protagonist is invincible from the start, but is weaker in the interspersed memoirs.
2. The protagonist is a royal male insect, and his female general spouse is his childhood betrothed. They are well matched in status.
3. Yes, this is a novel, at least as far as the protagonist is concerned. So when Xu Ruqing discovers that there is a male insect in society who believes in lifelong monogamy and equality, has powerful mental strength, and keeps company with an amnesiac female insect whose life has been full of hardship, he loses his composure for the first time and rushes to ask about him. It turns out the guy came from Blue Star. Fine. At least he's human. This man embodies all the good qualities and flaws Xu Ruqing imagines humans have. Anyway, the female insects start flocking to him, but he's devoted and his only ambition is to live a good life with his spouse. Fine.
4. Xu Ruqing is both a villainous mastermind, ruthlessly attacking the nation, and the nation's secret operator, working behind the scenes for his own gain. In the end, he manipulates the entire interstellar world in the palm of his hand.
5. So the main plot should be the loving everyday life of Xu Ruqing and his spouse. At least, that's my guess.
6. All the dark, painful, repressed, and frustrating plotlines happen in the first go-round, in other words, the previous life. This time, the protagonist is invincible from the start. Yes, I gave the protagonist cheat powers.
Content warnings (including some spoilers)
1. The protagonist is an ordinary person with flaws, so it's normal for him to feel frustrated. It's normal to love power and money, and to be selfish.
2. It's normal for the protagonist to go nearly insane late in his first life. In his second life, he learns to suppress his feelings and deceive himself, pretending to be a normal insect.
3. Both lives are sexually inexperienced because he refuses to have sex with insects.
4. He and the love interest had worked things out by the end of his first life, so they're fine in the second. But he feels that the first life was unfair to him and has psychological issues, which will be addressed later.
5. The protagonist has mostly lost his anchor to humanity. All he has left is the projection of the imagined love interest from his first life onto the one in his second life. He has mostly accepted that there's no hope of returning home.
6. The love interest gradually regains his memories.
7. I'll add more if I think of anything.
(This is the original vision for an insanely melodramatic, dark, painful, dual-strong-lead story set in a dysfunctional insect society, which I've been developing since middle school. Once I finish a million words, I'll have refined it to perfection.)
