Qing Yunan: seemingly an aloof, untouchable beauty, but actually a volatile, unpredictable madwoman & Yi Xizhou: seemingly gentle and docile, but actually cunning and fiercely loyal
Qing Yunan was born into a great and powerful family. She was domineering and temperamental, with a vicious hand in a fight. Rumor had it that anyone who fell into her hands would be better off dead, so everyone steered clear of her.
And yet, only her shadow guard thought she was gentle and wonderful.
“I once saw her hold an umbrella over a begonia all night in the rain, just to cheer up her mother.”
Later, the Nine Provinces were thrown into turmoil. The once-proud young lady became a prisoner, only to be taken home by Yi Xizhou. Just as everyone sighed and assumed the Qing family's young lady was in for a hard life
The young lady blushed and struggled to get out of bed. Yi Xizhou looked aggrieved and hurried to wrap an arm around her waist. “...Young lady, was my service not good enough?”
Qing Yunan gave her a cool glance. “Tonight, it's my turn.”
