Fang Ziyan likes women, and the woman she loves is her older sister. The diaries she writes are filled with a love so twisted it seems pathological. When everyone finds out, they all call her crazy, over and over, their shrill voices stabbing at her ears as they scream that she is sick.
In the end, the only one standing behind her is Fang Shihuai, her own older sister, who is also somewhat intellectually disabled.
Fang Shihuai holds her, resting her forehead against hers, and gently comforts her. "A-Zi, you're not sick. You're not sick..."
Fang Ziyan coldly pushes her away. "That's right, you're sick, idiot."
Seven years later, the two meet again.
The idiot from back then has inherited the family business and become the city's most dazzling CEO.
At a banquet, Fang Shihuai's expression is cool, though a faint smile always lingers on her lips. The moment their eyes meet, Fang Ziyan flees in panic. It feels as though a venomous snake has sunk its fangs into her.
But she is madly addicted to that feeling.
And afraid she won't be able to control herself.
Yet somehow, the two keep crossing paths. Everyone says the sisters have become enemies, but no one knows...
That very day, Fang Shihuai locks Fang Ziyan in a room. Kneeling on the bed, she toys with her hair and murmurs to herself, then suddenly starts laughing, her laughter echoing throughout the room.
After a long while, Fang Shihuai rests her forehead against Fang Ziyan's, just as she did when they were children, and says coldly, "You were right back then. I really am sick."
Main couple: Fang Ziyan, a cool, sensitive woman with a bit of a sickness, and Fang Shihuai, a fake idiot who is actually scheming and a little crazy
Reader's guide:
1. A pseudo-incest story. The characters have always known they are not related by blood.
2. Written for my particular tastes. All the characters are a little messed up in one way or another.
3. A melodramatic, bittersweet romance-focused story. (I've never tried writing one before, so I'm looking forward to it...)
