Synopsis

[Main story complete, dive right in!!!]

After the Heavenly Beings' Five Declines incident, Suehiro took the badly wounded Jono away. While they were recuperating, they received an offer from the Time Government.

From then on, the King of Insight, who could read people's hearts, took over a corrupted Honmaru, and began a peaceful (chaotic), calm (uproarious), orderly (wild) Honmaru life.

[Reader's Guide]

1. Updates daily, usually in the evening. During the New Year period, updates may come very late. The story is expected to go premium on the 4th, and there will likely be a hefty 10,000-word chapter later that day!

2. The pairing is Suehiro, but there may not be much romance in the main story.

3. Much of the setting is original, so the story may not draw heavily on the source material.

4. The protagonist is Jono, a chaotic-good, fun-loving police officer. The story is told from the bottom's point of view.

5. Jono can hear people's inner thoughts. This carries over from my previous work, A Little Hunting Dog Shock for Tokyo, but you can read this story without having read the previous one.

6. The Heian-kyo setting combines the modern world with Fate, plus a few of my own imagined details. I'm not a Japanese history expert, so don't take it as fact.

7. If you decide to keep reading, I hope you enjoy the story!

Message: Mutual salvation and respect for life.

A Personal Reading Log to Jog My Memory (1)

Mostly BL or no-CP. Mainly keeping track of books, with a few recommendations. Purely subjective, based on my personal tastes. Quite a few have been sitting on my list so long that I've lost interest. Browse with caution.

Touken Ranbu Stories (BG or No CP)

I like my angst raw and unvarnished. I'll do my best to keep reading all the stories set in Honmaru. (The star rating will show in the completed rating, so all these periods are to take one star off.)

Completed and Read: Secret Identities and the Scriptwriting Crew

Anime crossover secret-identity stories or scriptwriting-team stories (the latter mostly feature Dazai, Ranpo, and Onigiri as protagonists). Choose for yourself whether you want CP or no-CP, since I read both. No cosplay.

Anime Crossovers or Original BL: I Just Love Seeing Handsome Guys Get Teased

Mostly no-couple stories. For crossover anime, I prefer no original protagonists and stories focused on the top. I like fawning over my favorite characters. For danmei, I like equally matched couples and handsome bottoms, and I'll also include handsome side characters I like.

Touken Ranbu Fanfiction: Okita, Hijikata, and the Shinsengumi

I read according to my own tastes. If the opening doesn't grab me, I won't keep reading. Disclaimer: Some descriptions may be inaccurate, and my opinion doesn't equal the quality of the work itself.

Great Touken Ranbu Fanfiction!

Mostly Touken Ranbu, with a little crossover fiction. Includes no-romance, romance, and BL works. Respectful toward the swords, including corruption themes, with a focus on healing and raising children. www Please recommend more Touken Ranbu works of the same type!

A Taste of Delicious Fanfiction

Mostly crossover anime: Detective Conan, Bungo Stray Dogs, Jujutsu Kaisen, Hunter x Hunter, The King's Avatar, Touken Ranbu, and more. Lots of unfinished stories, a little bit of everything, no hang-ups about pairings or content. Perfect for omnivorous readers.

Bungo Stray Dogs Recommendations

I'm mainly here for TZ. I also like Ranpo and Dazai, and fics with Chuuya as a pairing are worth considering. Mostly BL, but there's some romance too.
