The Salty-Fish Supporting Actress Is Still Lying Back and Winning

[The premise may change; the story as published will take precedence~]

One day, a post appeared on an anonymous forum in the cultivation world: [Who in the cultivation world do you envy most?]

1F: [Obviously Elder Zhong Zhile of Penglai! She was born to live a charmed life! The head of Penglai is her eldest senior sister, the leader of the neighboring Hehuan Sect is her second senior brother, and the ruler of the demon clans is her junior brother! They're all incredibly powerful figures!!]

2F: [You forgot someone. Yan Zhixu, the once-in-a-millennium sword cultivator genius from Spirit Sword Mountain, is her disciple quq]

3F: [Question from someone who doesn't get it: The powerful figures mentioned above are all at each other's throats, so why are they all so good to Zhong Zhile?]

4F: [No idea. Someone on the fifth floor, take this one.]

5F: [No idea. Someone on the sixth floor, take it.]

Actually, Zhong Zhile didn't understand it either.

Back when she transmigrated, she was supposed to be a two-faced, villainous female supporting character. She even followed the plot properly, doing her best to destroy the powerful figures' ambition and make them give up halfway on the road to the Great Dao. For example...

Zhong Zhile often told her eldest senior sister, "Eldest Senior Sister, you're already amazing, really. You don't have to work so hard. Take a break and enjoy life."

The result? Her eldest senior sister worked even harder.

Zhong Zhile also often told her second senior brother, "Second Senior Brother, as a disciple of the Hehuan Sect, don't be so hard on yourself. Take more breaks."

The result? Her second senior brother tried even harder.

Zhong Zhile also often told her junior brother, "There are only a few geniuses in this world. Most people are ordinary, like you and me. There's no need to compare ourselves to geniuses. It's fine to live an ordinary life."

The result? Her junior brother worked even harder than before.

And the most ridiculous thing was that they all believed they owed their success as powerful figures to her encouragement and comfort, and were determined to repay her in every way.

Zhong Zhile: "I just don't get it."

A silly, ensemble-style cultivation story, with my own take on the genre and a mountain of original worldbuilding.

Theme: Treat others with kindness.
