Graveyard Cats Save the World

Mao Mao was a tiny stray kitten. From the moment she was born, she had been tossed from place to place and had nearly starved to death. Luckily, she found a treasure of a paradise. Here, there was as much delicious food as she could eat, and lots and lots of two-legged beasts who secretly protected her by day and lined up at night for a turn to play with her.

Mao Mao loved this place so much, and she loved these two-legged beasts, too.

But she discovered that some of the two-legged beasts weren't happy at all. They only smiled when they played with her. The rest of the time, they hid in corners and cried pitifully.

Mao Mao decided to help them, but her abilities were limited. All she could do was put her paws together and pray after eating her fill every day, hoping the Meow Star would grant her strength.

Her wish came true. A System called "Get Electrocuted and Watch Cats Save the World" bound itself to her. Now she could not only help the two-legged beasts, but also earn quest rewards by doing so.

Mao Mao was incredibly happy and worked incredibly hard. Every day, she took on lots and lots of jobs, helping lots and lots of people.

She just didn't understand why so many "solid" two-legged beasts had fallen for her, treating her like a divine cat and meowing at her every day, begging to join some Meow Meow Cult.

Recently, a little stray cat living in a cemetery became famous.

At first, everyone was relieved that offerings in the cemetery had made the kitten chubby, and touched by the people who came to visit the graves and took care of her while they were there.

Only later did they realize that the kitten wasn't the only lucky one

[Oh my god, did you see yesterday's livestream? I almost cried my eyes out. Mao Mao helped a young woman who was on the verge of suicide find her mother's belongings. She learned that her mom had never blamed her for being too busy with work to come home. It hit me so hard because it reminded me of myself, so I immediately asked for leave and went home overnight.]

[Hahaha, yesterday's livestream was both hilarious and heartbreaking. Mao Mao went to feed a dog that had stopped eating and drinking after its owner died. The dog wouldn't eat at first, no matter how much Mao Mao coaxed it. In the end, she gave it a good beating, and it ate several huge chicken legs through its tears. It looked like it had even made Mao Mao its new big sister. The dog's life had a new drive and goal from then on.]

[Mao Mao saved someone again! Do you think our loved ones who have passed away are still quietly looking out for us?
