Dao Minqi suddenly had a bad feeling.

Wen You'an's hand slid over his chest, warm sensations spreading through his body. All he heard was the young man whisper in his ear, "I only bewitched you."

Everything fell silent, yet the sound of their heartbeats thundered in their ears.

A strange Western town, a private school thick with yin energy, a family with impossibly tangled relationships, a tourist apartment building with no mirrors, a bizarre theater performance...

In the end, it was always them.

[Note: The arcs in this story are relatively short, and the author isn't clever enough to write convoluted twists, so it isn't a brain-burning read. The real-world plot and the game arcs will each make up roughly half the story.]
