The Cannon Fodder Prince's Green Tea Fox Demon

When Li Yao woke up, he discovered that he had transmigrated into a book, going from a great fox demon renowned throughout the Nine Provinces to a little fox who had to live at someone else's mercy. And he meant that literally: he had to rely on one person. Only when the handsome guy in front of him kissed him, cuddled him, and lifted him up could he be all right. Otherwise, his legs would kick out, all four paws would point skyward, and he'd promptly pass out right before your eyes!

Later, he discovered that this handsome guy was actually the novel's doomed villain prince: the sort who had maxed-out looks, combat skills, and intelligence, only to have the protagonist make him stupid and meet a tragic end.

To make matters worse, his little fox life was bound to the handsome guy's fate. If the guy rose to great heights, then Li Yao could bask in his reflected glory. No, not that: he'd be brimming with life and swaggering with pride! But if the guy's prospects dimmed and he got caught in a thorny mess, Li Yao's vitality would wither, and his life would hang by a thread

Only when the handsome guy ascended the throne could Li Yao turn back into the Nine-Tailed Demon King!

Hmph. With his imposing great-fox-demon self, helping the handsome guy soar to success shouldn't be hard. After all, acting cute, pouting, and putting on a tea-ceremony performance are what little foxes like him do best!

The elderly emperor, the imperial consort who had his undivided favor, the prince who was rising in power: he could handle them all with ease!

But needing a sincere kiss from his destined person to regrow his fox tails sounded like it might be a little difficult... Still, this villain prince, ruthless and decisive, had no resistance to a fluffy little creature like him! Every time he stroked that fur, his intelligence automatically dropped by 50 percent! A sincere kiss should be no problem at all!

But why had nobody told him that this Nine-Tailed Demon King would have little foxes after being kissed too much?! Hey?!

Theme: Only by surpassing yourself can you face life head-on.
