Rules of the Strange Tales in a Multiverse

An evil god descends upon the world, and obsessions tainted by its corruption turn into rule-based horror stories.

Shi Xin, a retired savior enjoying a leisurely vacation and the good life, is summoned by the world's will to save the world once again.

At first, she refuses. But since she's already here...

I. [Yokohama Survival Guide]

Welcome to Yokohama. This is a city shrouded in darkness. For your safety, please be sure to follow these rules:

1. Yokohama's nights are dangerous. Avoid going out at night whenever possible.

2. Stay away from people wearing black suits. Do not draw their attention. If they notice you, ignore them and leave as quickly as possible.

3. Yokohama is safe during the day. You may go anywhere during this time.

4. Stay away from the black pentagon building. It belongs to the Port Mafia.

5. If you run into trouble, you can seek help from the Armed Detective Agency. Submit a request there, and they will help you resolve it.

6. The Port Mafia is heavily guarded. Outsiders are forbidden from entering.

7. A red scarf is the symbol of the Port Mafia boss. You may wear one, but be sure to stay away from anyone else wearing a red scarf.

8. The Port Mafia boss has been confirmed dead. You will not see him.

If you do, it is merely a hallucination caused by fatigue. Close your eyes, count to ten silently, then open them again. The hallucination will disappear.

9. Be careful to distinguish reality from illusion.

II. [Distillery Employee Handbook]

You are a low-ranking employee who has just joined the Black Organization and been assigned to work at its training base. This place is rife with bloodshed and violence, hostility from your coworkers, and malice from the organization's higher-ups.

You want to escape, but the Black Organization allows no rats to live. It kills all traitors who betray it. To escape the Black Organization safely, you must follow these rules:
