After Twenty Straight Losses, She’s Ready to Move On

[A delightfully unhinged little story]

Everyone knew how much the Player loved Honor of Kings.

The Player stayed by Honor of Kings' side for nine years without complaint, with no title and no recognition.

From Honor of Kings' early days to its rise as a household-name top-tier star, the Player had always followed it quietly.

No one thought the Player would leave.

Not even the Player herself.

Over the years, Honor of Kings had broken the Player's heart countless times. She had even tried to leave, but every time, she came back to its side.

She couldn't leave it.

--

Until one day, the Player stared at her twentieth consecutive loss. Her heart finally went cold, and she came to her senses.

The next time she encountered Honor of Kings, she was calm and detached. She would never again be hurt or upset over it, and it would never again stir even the slightest emotion in her.

But no one expected this.

Honor of Kings, which had always treated the Player with indifference, suddenly went red-eyed and lost its mind. "Come back! I'll set you up with twenty straight wins!"

"No, you can have as many consecutive wins as you want, just... come back to me."

--

In the end, the top-tier star bent the knee for her.

This time, everyone knew the Player was Honor of Kings' one weakness!
