After the joint entrance exams ended, my buddies and I decided to cosplay as high school boys one last time to celebrate finally escaping that awful high school life!
The gloomy high school boys we each chose to cosplay were Yoshida Hirofumi, Kamukura Izuru, Tomie Kawakami (gender-swapped), and Ren Amamiya (if).
But before our group of gloomy high school boys could even make it through the convention doors, we were taken out by the poisoned cosplay supplies.
The good news: The cosplay rule may have arrived late, but it finally kicked in. We came back to life.
The bad news: We transmigrated into the Detective Conan world, but the characters we were cosplaying are anything but scientific! (He presses an acupuncture point beneath his nose.)

The newly transferred Tomie Kawakami is a beautiful, self-centered, and extremely popular male high school student.
Almost everyone falls in love with him the moment they lay eyes on Tomie Kawakami, and loses all reason.
"Stay away from Tomie!" "Tomie, please look at me..." "Don't leave my sight, Tomie. I'd die."
Their words grow more extreme, their actions more inappropriate, until their desires drive them to raise weapons.
Tomie died. He was killed by one of his admirers.
Tomie came back to life. The next day, he showed up for class right on time.
Conan, who had personally confirmed that Tomie was dead: (sweating profusely) Ahahaha, Tomie, do you have lots of brothers?
Tomie: Think bigger. What if they're all me?

In this alternate timeline, Ren Amamiya, once the leader of the Phantom Thieves and later abandoned by his teammates, seems to have turned back into the same perfectly ordinary high school student he used to be.
However, the Phantom Thief's instincts still remain within him.
Kaito Kid, whose calling card was beaten to the punch for the first time: Joker? Which third-rate thief is that?
The second time: Huh, must be a coincidence, right?
The nth time: ...
Seriously, dude? Why are you faster than me every single time?
Ren Amamiya: Good question. I'd like to know too.

Kamukura Izuru, modified into the Ultimate Hope, finds almost everything predictable unbearably boring.
But this world happens to be full of the despair of people who commit crimes, and it just so happens to need him to spread hope.

Yoshida Hirofumi, with the mindset of an exceptionally capable freelance devil hunter, is soon lured into a certain shady liquor company by Rum's money. Not long after, he is given a codename: Negroni.
The only downside is that every partner he gets is eccentric and seems to have gone off the rails:
"Stay alert. The Octopus Devil is watching you."

They aren't used to their abilities, but the four of them still run rampant through the Detective Conan world.
Conan, Heiji, and the others: ...This world is scientific, right? It is scientific... right? (Questioning their lives.)
The gloomy high school boys: Yes, this is a world of scientific reasoning.
But what does that have to do with us not being scientific?
