Wen Xian scoffed, his pride stung. That only made him more determined to give it a try.

In a luxurious mansion, Wen Xian stood alongside a row of familiar male stars. He looked around. There were handsome men of every kind, even the company's leading star, who was always throwing his status around and acting superior. Only then did Wen Xian realize his manager hadn't been exaggerating. The competition really was fierce. He grew even more curious about this powerful investor's wife.

The sound of high heels striking the floor came from the stairs. A woman in a red satin mermaid gown descended, moving with mature grace and radiant beauty.

The woman sat down elegantly on the leather sofa in front of them. Her gaze passed over them almost casually before she finally raised a hand and pointed at him. "You stay. Everyone else can go home."

Wen Xian hadn't intended to become a pretty boy living off a rich woman, so he made his manager ask for the moon: a house, a car, and career opportunities. The woman lowered her eyes to the documents on her desk and agreed without looking up. "You can discuss the terms with my assistant. I only have one requirement: you must come whenever I call."

Wen Xian sneered. She really would do anything to sleep with him.

Later, after spending one lonely night after another waiting by himself, he started to wonder: Why hadn't she come to sleep with him yet?
