Years later, when their high school classmates talked about Jiang Xing and Wen Yang, all they remembered was that Jiang Xing kept to himself and Wen Yang stuttered.
By then, the unsociable Jiang Xing they remembered had become a hugely popular top-tier singer, while Wen Yang had become a popular host with a silver tongue who could carry a show on her own.
"January 20, 2017. Sober Bookstore. Wen Yang said that if I ever held a concert, she'd be there to support me as my number one fan. I said okay."
"September 16, 2021. After losing touch with Wen Yang for exactly 1,700 days, we met again on the music variety show Soundwave. She no longer stuttered."
"June 18, 2022. Seven days before my first concert, Wen Yang and I started dating."
"June 22, 2022. Three days before my concert, Wen Yang stopped answering my calls."

A few notes:
1. The female lead stutters, but she'll get better later.
2. The male lead has mild high-functioning autism.
3. The male lead really did kill someone.
4. Both leads die in the ending. Bad ending.
